Handle mounted on Side of Z10 and can be mounted on either side or in back or underneath as shown below.

The actuating handle can be mounted underneath and has 90 degree rotation capability.  In the free-wheeling position, the handle is under the frame of the chair.  In the locked position it is in the position you see in the picture.  The great big difference is that you don't have to fight with a tight fitting scissor lock as shown here in order to get your wheel on and off of your wheelchair.  The handle actuator is much lighter that the scissor mechanism shown in this same picture.
