For decades, conventional brakes have relied on mechanical pressure applied to the tire.  By forcing air out of the tires, the brakes' grip weakens, which places the user at increase risk of injury.

Surelock developed the Lock 'n' Roll to provide secure and consistent wheelchair locking system by employing a positive locking mechanism that engages at the wheel's hub, not the tire.  The result?  A wheelchair that locks firmly and securely every time

Considerable research and development went in to designing this elegant, but incredibly simple-to-use technology.

The Lock 'n' Roll system is comprised of three basic components:

•   Activator Body with lever (mounted to the wheelchair's frame)
•   Locking Pin (mounted at the end of the wheelchair's axle)
•   Wheel hub disc with 27 holes that accept the pin

With a simple flick of the lever, the locking pins spring out locating one of the 27 holes on each wheel's hub disc locking the chair.  Move the lever back and chair is free to roll... Lock 'n' Roll
